SHS Viveon, an integrated customer management solution provider, is certified by the German Society for Quality (DQS) according to ISO/IEC 27001. This allows us to definitively guarantee and verify for our customers and partners what they already perceived as the security and quality of our datacenter services.
OUR WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM
Compliance with laws and internal policies is very important to us. In order to learn of potential breaches of laws and internal policies and to be able to initiate measures, we provide our employees and also third parties, e.g. our suppliers and service providers, with a whistleblowing system through which breaches can be reported confidentially or anonymously.

Olivier Novasque has been appointed by the Supervisory Board of SHS Viveon AG as a member of the Management Board and CEO of SHS Viveon AG for as of 4 June 2024.
Olivier Novasque succeeds Christian Kren, who resigned from his position on the Management Board and left the company as of 5 June 2024 in the course of the takeover of SHS Viveon by SIDETRADE. Novasque is also CEO and founder of SIDETRADE, a leading global provider of AI-based Order-to-Cash applications.
